At EZINK™, we want you to feel confident in your beauty routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EZINK™ account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
